Grill typically responds to things with indiscreet rage and rarely thinks before he acts. His demeanor of being a tsundere has been acknowledged in-universe, between a book Chill owns & listed as a side effect of drinking YEET. He is shown to have quite the temper and has an extremely chaotic personality, but works hard to keep his anger in check with the help of Chill.

He is known to be one of the loudest and most opinionated characters in the series but is very squeamish & easily grossed-out. His newest outfit consists of a dark red headband, a bright red sleeveless sweatshirt with a white t-shirt underneath, and olive green cargo pants. His nightwear consists of a sea foam colored and teal robe over a red t-shirt along with pink plaid boxers with red stripes. His salmon pink boots with blood red soles were seemingly held together by a single strip of Velcro & worn over light purple socks. His original outfit consisted of a cinnabar red sweater with a blood red & salmon pink fanny pack slung over his right shoulder, and track pants the color of dried blood with a pink stripe running down the sides. There's a scar on his left arm above the elbow.
